Portraits with Peter Marks

I recently met up with Peter Marks from Rhythm Nation and his podcast to take some portraits.

Rhythm Nation is a non-profit that brings together working people through a shared love of music, building a diverse and inclusive community that stands against the concentration of wealth and power.

Our goal was to make portraits that Peter could use for his activism podcast and his music career.

We chose to shoot both in daylight and with darker lighting to match the vibe of electronic music, DJ-ing, and production.

Working with Peter was a real pleasure. We quickly found the right direction for each mood. Here are a few of my favorite shots from our session.
